City Council Approves Feeding Ban

The city council took the first step in implementation of a waterfowl management plan with approval Monday of an ordinance to prohibit feeding wild ducks and geese in Rapid City’s parks. Waterfowl Management Plan Offers Options

An ordinance to ban feeding the ducks and geese in Rapid City’s parks will get its first airing Monday night.
