Registration opened March 1 for the Black Hills Fat Tire Festival, named one of South Dakota’s “Great Events” of 2010. Friends of Rapid City Parks has again joined other sponsors of the Festival, which draws cyclists from around the country. Organizers have added many new events, races, and programs to the festival.
